Bacchons Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

1/8 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 cup vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a small saucepan, melt butter, sugar, egg and oil. Place pan on medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture has thickened to desired consistency. Remove pan from heat and place on medium nonstick pan. Remove from heat and allow to cool to lukewarm. Cool completely. Refrigerate before serving.
