Advanced Basmati Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups water

1 cup buttermilk

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup half-and-half

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup butter

4 eggs

5 drops red food coloring

1 teaspoon salt

3 ounces goat mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup sharp white Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a saucepan bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add buttermilk and butter; stir. Heat to a boil, then reduce heat to low, stirring occasionally. Stir in half-and-half, 1/4 cup water, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 cup goat cheese. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cook until mixture thickens medium heat; stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella and shredded Parmesan.

Serve with extra water.
