Though this turns out uncomfortably clammy, that is probably because olive oil and/or vegetable broth were not refrigerated long enough to chill before use. It cooled quickly & perfectly *Coat Creek* style using Dijon mustard.[/caps] It is absolutely amazing, and proves that uncooked blackened fish can be extreme !

It was amazing! I first used in as a layer in a baked Brie (without the avocado). Then used it to top the baked Brie. We also used it on the pork roast for dinner that night. It was a huge hit and just the right combination of sweet and spicy.

I actually followed the steps described in the recipe. I did at home skip the flour and pinch the dried cherries, but I did use out U.S. cream cheese and white sugar. I might try it again cutting down the flour to a amount I think will be good. I added fresh garlic cheddar chunks to the batter. I might try different flavors in the future.
