1 (12 ounce) package leaf lettuce, shredded
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans
1 (10 ounce) package dried Mexican-style beans
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomato, drained
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (16 ounce) can crushed tortilla chips
Place shredded lettuce in a medium bowl.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, stir in refried beans, Mexican-style beans, diced tomato, sour cream and Monterey Jack cheese.
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes.
These directions are simple and easy to follow. I heard bad things but did my best to ignore them.
