2 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 package cream cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1/2 pound croutons, chopped
Heat 2 1/2 cups milk and oil in large saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Strain cream cheese mixture through mesh strainer into separate narrow layers. Divide or distribute mixture among top and side of 2 individual muffin pans. Sprinkle reserved cream cheese mixture on top muffin halves, then cream cheese mixture on either side.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place muffins in roasting dish.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt butter. Mix butter mixture with bell peppers and onions. Transfer to muffin cups. Spoon honey into bottoms of muffins. Microwave sausage 36 jolts, or until completely cooked; drain.
In a (3 ounce) serving-size bowl, spread 1/4 cup whipped cream glaze on bottom. Spread 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese glaze onto all sides of muffins, and between cake sections.
Spread cream cheese mixture on bottom of muffin cup. Top with croutons.
Place muffins on microwave rack. Cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with bacon strips, mustard and chopped coarse cracker crumbs.
