9 grated Parmesan cheese
10 slices Cheddar cheese
2 slices English baguette, rinsed and cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
1 cup chopped salad greens
Double cheese wedge sandwiches by spoonfuls onto each sandwich. Spread the cheese wedges evenly over the sandwiches. Add bread pieces, then vegetables and chicken. Top sandwich with tomato sauce and fresh spinach. Serve immediately.
