1 cup white sugar

1 (4 ounce) can evaporated milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups bakery lime juice

1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon orange juice

Sprinkle butter and sugar over the rolled parchment paper; press the remaining Cookie Dough firmly onto the parchment paper. Over the butter/white mixture, stir together evaporated milk, vanilla extract, bakery lime juice and pineapple with juice. Set aside.

In the pan of the oven, heat chocolate chips and orange juice together. Remove from heat and sprinkle over cookie dough.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from heat, but allow cookies to cool slightly before cutting into squares.
