This was super quick and easy but if I had waited longer for the tofu I'd probably have used less water but I was worried that the sauce would be too thick. It was perfect and I didn't want anything spicy so used the full amount of sauce and kept it down. Overall it's a nice way to make stir fry and I'd definitely make it again.
