Welsh Curry Flavor Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cumin seed

1 teaspoon dried minced onion

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes

1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules, powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix curry powder, salt, cumin, onion, oregano and olive oil. Place chicken pieces in the blender. Cover and process frozen chicken in an ice cube tray for 20 minutes. Remove chicken pieces and pat dry.

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook chicken pieces in oil until golden brown. Remove from oil and scoop out flesh and bones. Drizzle over chicken pieces and top each piece with blackened chicken bones. Serve hot in bowls or on skewers.

really good, i cut in into sections just before adding the cream. they were a little thin, but still pretty darn good. the periodic crunch was nice. I'll keep this recipe.
