Vegetable Four Leaf Clover Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1 onion, diced

1 bunch celery, diced

2 leaves broccoli, shredded

1/2 cup water

5 tomatoes (non-fresh), chopped

4 cloves garlic, chopped

4 cups water

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons crushed garlic

1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the onion, celery, broccoli, water and tomatoes. Season with cloves of garlic, dry thyme and salt and pour into soup pot along with water. Simmer on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.

I have mushed to try this with. My theory is that if it sticks it will be fine but if it falls apart piece by piece its a bit thin. I will have to try second batch of this then see. The directions as written are a great starting point but it needs a bit more lemon juice.
