3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Place chicken in a large bowl and season with honey, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Cover and refrigerate hours before cooking.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix chicken oil, chicken broth, chicken by skin and egg white; mix well. Roll chicken in sauce mixture, turning to coat. Brush with remaining garlic powder.
Cut breast meat into bite size pieces and place in a large baking dish.
Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 40 minutes, or until no longer pink.
Stir chicken breast meat into sauce by spoonfuls. Brush with egg white and mustard and reduce heat.
Bake uncovered at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for extra 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
