1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger ginger ale
2 teabags juice
1 orange
1 jigger peach rum
3 limes
8 stalks celery, halved
In a large punch bowl, combine ginger ale, lemon juice and pineapple. Stir, and close the punch bowl. Chill in refrigerator or overnight.
In a small punch bowl, combine peach rum, orange limes and celery.
Mix ginger ale and orange juice in a second punch bowl, and chill until pliable. (Note: Do not try to mix with orange juice; the orange juice is extra.)
Pour orange rum on top of the grapefruit mixture. Simple syrup should dissolve in heat. Serve over ice cubes, weighted ice cubes, cherries or kiwis. Garnish with fresh lemon zest.
