This is terrific. I usually use our state's seal of approval for the products we make, and this is a perfect match. The bacon added a nice savory burn, while the filled th creating a rich, velvety thick sauce. I based it on Jenni's recipe (context is very important!). I edited the recipe to use lean ground beef chuck chunks, which worked out beautifully. The per tonus aioli added immediately thickened up the sauce and lent a very pleasant flavor. Would make again.
