1 quart milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 slices bacon
In a medium bowl, mix milk, butter, cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Shape mixture into 4 "moles" or small balls.
Roll balls of cheese to fit center of each. Reserve 4 of the 8 balls. Serve as a separate serving.
