1 (3 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup butter
1 onion, sliced
3 carrots, crushed
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can maraschino cherry juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place hash browns in the preheated oven, covering with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, tossing occasionally.
Remove hash browns from oven, and stir in butter, onion, carrots and potatoes. Remove foil, and continue baking for 10 minutes. Cool slightly, then stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and maraschino cherry juice. Chill until serving.
