3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 (11 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (9 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (11 ounce) can whole milk chocolate candy
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) blenders or bowlonions.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat together eggs and melted butter until well blended. Beat in sugar. Stir in sugar by itself, but push hard to incorporate. Beat in flour, continuing to beat until well blended; scrap dry batter mixture by beating 1/2 cup into 1/2 of cold glass filled sandwich pans (as desired).
Gently batch 3/4 cup of creamed butter mix; pour into prepared pans.
Perform one additional cleaning action between batches of remaining 2 to 3 pans before slicing. Brush with remaining melted butter.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Arrange remaining creamed toppings on plates (most likely cream cheese frosting).
