1 (8 ounce) package yellow salad greens
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 ounce) container frozen mixed fruit drink mix
1 (2 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate
1 egg
1 (28 ounce) can whole milk
2 (8 ounce) cans cherries, drained
1/4 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, mix the greens, pineapple and mixed fruit drink mix. Mix in the orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and egg. Spread mixture into a large resealable plastic bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place vegetables in a large bowl. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator overnight.
Remove plastic wrap and cut vegetables in half lengthwise. Fill each half with the greens mixture. Roll vegetables and place seam side down in a shallow baking dish. Serve them warm.
