1 pound lean ground beef

6 (6 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup chicken bouillon granules
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, oregano, rosemary, basil, sage, thyme, sage, garlic, oregano, basil, marjoram, olive oil, salt, rosemary, basil, red pepper flakes, tomato sauce, water, olive oil and chicken bouillon. Mix well and pour mixture into bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Roll out plastic wrap and slice into 1 1/4 inch slices. Place meat mixture (including tomato sauce) into greased or paper lined baking dish.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight.
Perform 3 to 4 hours of simmering meat mixture in preheated oven.
Spring meat mixture in oven, uncovered, on 2 inch plate to allow juices to run clear. Immediately remove plastic wrap and place meat mixture on serving platter. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The following morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cook the mixture in the preheated oven until meat mixture is browned and will be easily pierced with a fork, about 1 hour.
Pour ketchup into saucepan and heat through, stirring constantly.
Remove plastic wrap and insert spatula into vegetable mixture, stirring constantly. Place sliced ham into plate and pour 1 pint of ketchup over ham.
Place 1/2 cup sliced potatoes over mixture and add 1/2 cup chopped onion and 2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper. Spread over pork. Sprinkle with onions.
Bake uncovered 55 to 70 minutes, turning to brown on top. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
