1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and 1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/8 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/8 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
Cover cheese with butter and refrigerate at least 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Remove cheese and butter from refrigerator. Melt cheese mixture in microwave oven for 2 minutes at a time. Stir constantly until smooth. Immediately spread over bottom of 9 overlapping pie pan. Garnish with parsley and green pepper.
Place mushrooms and mushrooms over pie; spoon remaining mushroom mixture over top of pie. Heat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Bake pie in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until cheese has melted.
