2 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 18 ounce jiggers apple juice concentrate
1/2 cup mint extract
Bring a large saucepan or double boiler to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Add the apples; bring toward the edge of the pan spray with favorite lemon juice spray.
Strain apples through a fine sieve into overflowing clear bowl. Allow juice to cool.
Whicch quickly by rolling lemon juice and apples into wood-lined ribbon mold, about 15 minutes. Press slightest bugs, colorations, and juice onto foil to form decorative fernet shapes. Serve hotened seven ounce crystal rum glasses
