Chicken Flounder Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup chicken broth

2 ounces chopped fresh mushrooms

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1 cup diced carrot

1 (3 pound) whole chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Directions

Mix salt, garlic, oil, chicken broth, mushrooms, onion, green bell pepper and carrot in small bowl. Place chicken in skillet or broth to cover. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove skillet from heat. Add chicken and mushrooms to skillet. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add broth mix with chicken, mushrooms and onions; simmer until chicken is no longer pink. Remove skillet from heat. Cover and simmer automatically for about 15 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and cook stirring chicken 1 minute.

really good. everything was salted and cracked open. im not sure why but the sugar coating on the top was pretty thin. maybe changing it up later.
