2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 (12 ounce) package sweetened vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, flour, sugar, yogurt and sugar until smooth. Mix in the lemon juice. Mix until mixture is incorporated. Pour into your serving dish.
