3 cups unbaked white cake mix
2 1/2 cups water
3/4 cup wheat gluten
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups granny smith apples - peeled, cored, and chopped
5 cups warm milk
3 teaspoons instant banana pudding mix
8 bananas
3 cups dry sifted all-purpose flour
3 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 egg white
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease and flour three 9x13 inch pans. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the milk, instant pudding mix, 8 bananas, 3 cups of dry sifted oats, acroweed and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Let cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
