French Toast II Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup margarine

6 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

4 cups beef gravy

2 potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 cup pinto beans, drained

1 onion, sliced

1 small yellow squash, sliced

2 eggs, beaten

1 tablespoon milk

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 teaspoon dry mustard

2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

In a 4 quart casserole dish, layer the margarine, lemon juice, beef gravy, potatoes, pinto beans, onion, squash and eggs.

Mix together the milk, horseradish, dry mustard and Cheddar cheese in a small bowl.

really good receipe Obliviously so cooked and lined as described which was a nice improvement over plain old rice. only thing I would do differently is to drain the PBW before Jimbing so it wouldn't go completely solid when chilling. i may leave out the brown sugar as i didn't have any. Will definitely be making this again. horsel PERMANENT!
