I forgot to take into account the refrigerator temperature, but it was very accurate. I froze the hot dogs in small ice chests and came up with a very close approximation. The batter is very thick and may require some adjusting. I cut my onion and fresh garlic into 1/2-inch pieces and added them when I put the hot dogs in the fridge. I only used one can of tomato sauce, and I already had a can of tomato relish. I think I'll use basil instead of onion--more for color and less spice.
