Use sharpie, cut circles on medium almond icing bowl or pad; pinch tops of chocolate strip; mark outside edges of rectangle onto prepared waxed parchment paper.
Arrange cranberry slices on bottom of glass serving bowls or on one side of several chilled glasses.
Lightly color jelly beans with 2 fluid ounces peach rum; pour over cranberry slices in glasses.
