1 cup mayonnaise
8 (1 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 medium blue pepper
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cream cheese, green bell pepper, blue pepper, mushrooms, cheese and Monterey Jack cheeses. Chill at least two hours before serving.
