2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 teaspoons condensed Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
12 cherry tomatoes
3 onions, diced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Boil the sesame seeds and break up into small pieces. Cut the sesame seeds into tiny pieces. Mix them about 2 teaspoons at a time in a small bowl, mix well and transfer them to a separate bowl. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sesame seeds in the center of each tomato, or layer them on top of others depending on taste.
Top each tomato with some sort of bean or leaf mixture and top with orange slices. Sprinkle Japanese grains over top if desired. Heat remaining marinade in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Serve cooked rice or noodle dishes over the top of the rice and noodles while onions are cooking.
