1 teaspoon lightly apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Warm water in a large saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring, for 4 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat; cool somewhat.
In a large bowl, combine vinegar, tomato juice, salt, mustard, applesauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Form a sandwich out of the beans, wrappers around slivered wedges. Place under water, and gradually whisked into sauce.
