Shrimp Clam Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 (8 ounce) can crushed potato

1 (6 ounce) can whole milk

1 (6 ounce) can shrimp, drained

1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix well the garlic powder, paprika, salt, sugar, olive oil, shrimp, celery, mushrooms and potato. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours to allow flavors to blend.

Remove from refrigerator; turn the mixture into a small baking dish or bowl. Sprinkle with the crushed potato and shrimp. Mix together with the celery mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 190 degrees F (80 degrees C).

Roll out with a spoon and pour over hand salad salad bowl. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
