Bacon Wrapped Pork Mustard Dip Recipe

Ingredients

2 slices bacon

1 cup chopped onion

2 cups chopped celery

1 cup chopped celery

3 cups bread crumbs

4 slices smoked turkey sausage, casing removed

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a small "9-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Pour 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on foil and roll the remainder of the bacon around. Place strips onto foil rolls. Seal foil. Crimp edges to seal.

Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes longer, until bacon is crispy and fattier. Cool slightly before serving.

This was a quick, easy and filling dip! I did change it a little because I was tossing quite a few biscuits I put in the pre-heated oven and didn't want them standing too long!! Just took it out before it is finished and it is a little more crispy-ier then pictured.
