1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (3 ounce) package powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup orange juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) bottle vanilla flavored Jell-O mix
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup orange juice
3 cups chopped pecans (optional)
Spread creamer on bottom of pie crust.
In a medium cup of ice, dilute creamer in chilled glass bowl with orange juice. Stir cream cheese and vanilla into orange juice. Pour orange into pie crust and chill cream cheese mixture until firm. Serve with pecans.
