2 1/2 cups margarine
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 maraschir grated chocolate pieces
2 egg whites
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, oil, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Beat in the chocolate pieces, eggs, sugar, and flour. Stir continually until well mixed. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto the cookie sheet, intercepting with a spatula until cookie is smooth.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
