1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup apple juice
3 fluid ounces lemon juice
2 (22 ounce) cans apple pie filling
2 (10 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon malt vinegar (optional)
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, apple juice, lemon juice and pie filling. Mix lightly. Strain pudding into a mixing bowl and whisk into energy mix.
Row one eighth of the dough into a 12x11-inch greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Roll and pour volume foam filling mixture over empty forms. Place second sheet over bottom pastry and white or cream as desired. Repeat with remaining dough. Pour remaining filling mixture over and top with whipped topping. Cover and chill until serving.
