2 (9 inch) pie shells
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 cups beer
1 heavy cream
1 (28 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans or candied fruit
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large mixing bowl, beat the sugar, beer, and 1 cup crushed pineapple until smooth. Beat in the cream cheese, pecans, cherries and banana. Pour mixture into pie shells.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool, and cut into squares.
