French Acre Beef Jerky Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds chuck roast

salt and pepper to taste

8 cubes

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Place water and salt and pepper to taste in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Continue to boil until mixture is very thick and creamy.

Return the meat to saucepan, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the meat is tender, approximately 4 hours.

Serve with extra Preparation: slices of raw onion, celery and peppers.

Good taste, but no instructions. I came up with the recipe blind. No background cooking experience was necessary. This amazing recipe turned out fresh and excellent. I continuously update the ingredients and subsequent attempts at cooking this cake are wonderful! As with all of the recipes on this site, it is important to let the butter cool completely before proceeding. It might be worth pausing a couple of minutes if you're not happy with how things turned out.
