1 1/2 pounds chuck roast
salt and pepper to taste
8 cubes
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Place water and salt and pepper to taste in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Continue to boil until mixture is very thick and creamy.
Return the meat to saucepan, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the meat is tender, approximately 4 hours.
Serve with extra Preparation: slices of raw onion, celery and peppers.
