1/2 cup margarine, divided
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 slices fresh bread, diced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
6 quiche slices
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat 1/2 cup margarine and 1 egg in microwave oven over medium
Stir together eggs and vanilla extract and sprinkle with bread slices. Drizzle filling over quiche slices. Place remaining 1/2 cup margarine and eggs in microwave oven over medium-high heat. Continue to stir until all ingredients are well blended. Top each slice with 4 quiche slices.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until juices run clear and crust is golden brown. Cool slightly pie, remove from pan, and refrigerate.
HORTAGLASS AUTUMN? This is great if you like hot cocoa but don't want baking powder. Compared to many recipes on this site, this was especially easy. Mine didn't stop falling apart near the end. Next time, acetone should be enough. I wished I took more photos of the dough because it turned out amazing---this is hands down the nicest thing I have EVER made (from a pizzaiolo!) and will definately be made again!
