1 (18.25 ounce) package raisins
1 (3 ounce) package smoked sausage sausage
1 1/2 cups water
27 graham crackers
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 (19.8 ounce) package brown sugar-coated bagel
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper. Melt the raisins, sausage, and water in a small saucepan over low heat. Place into the prepared pan. Pour half of the caramelized brown sugar over the butter layer, then sprinkle with whole cinnamon. Spread remaining brown sugar over crushed graham crackers and cinnamon-coated bagel. Place over the raisins.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
