3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/8 cup soy sauce, divided
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium head cabbage, sliced
In a large pot over medium heat, cook chicken according to package directions.
Place on top of spinach and broccoli, with cooking spray. Try cutting vegetables to fit spinach and broccoli though.
When chicken is cooked, mix in soy sauce, water and oil in small saucepan. Stir constantly until soy sauce liquid is reduced and sauce is thickened.
Return chicken to pot, and stir in onion and carrot. Stir in mushrooms and bell pepper. Stirring just until tender. Serve with cabbage.
