Kool Aid Chocolate Corn Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate

2 ounces vanilla flavored Jell-O

8 fluid ounces milk

8 (3 ounce) squares marshmallow creme

1 (8 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

1 1/3 cups milk

1 cup apple juice

1 (8 ounce) container apple flavored Jell-O

Directions

Heat the chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl until melted and smooth. Stir in the gelatin, letting stand until set.

Add marshmallow creme and pudding mix; stir until well mixed. Gradually add milk. Continue stirring, mixing until marshmallow creme and pudding mix are mixed. Gradually add apple juice. Blend in marshmallow creme; pour mixture into bowl.

Spread batter evenly over cookie sheet. Chill cookies overnight.

To assemble: Sprinkle half (3 ounce) squares of chocolate on one half of each cookie sheet; spread top half of one cookie with marshmallow creme batter. Top half of cookie with marshmallow creme batter, eliminating the centers of the cookies. Drizzle top with remaining chocolate. Chill in refrigerator; serving cold.
