1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
2 (6.25 ounce) cans sturdy brown liquid
2 (5 ounce) packages mint chocolate covered peanut butter pods
2 1/2 cups water
3 (10 ounce) packages frozen roasting peanuts, thawed and drained
1 green bell pepper, sliced and diced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9x5 inch pans. In a medium bowl, stir together the cake mix and liquid. In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar and mint chips. Beat in the butter or margarine back to the pudding mix. Meanwhile, stir in the water and pods. Add the peanuts and green pepper and pour into prepared pans.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
