Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages frozen chopped potatoes, thawed

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

2 (4 ounce) cans chicken broth

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon paprika

1 (3.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place the potatoes and chicken into a large slow cooker.

In a small bowl, mix together the broth, chicken broth, oil, egg and paprika. Pour over the potatoes and chicken. Mix together and stir. Cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for 5 to 10 hours, until potatoes are cooked through.
