2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (6 ounce) can sliced peaches
1 (4 ounce) can sliced oranges
1 cup sliced dates
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Stir in pineapple, orange and dates, mixing well.
Spread cream cheese mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with peaches. Coat with cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
Remove foil from chocolate ring mold. Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate in microwave oven, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture all over chocolate mold, covering completely. Cover with foil. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
Place 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture over chocolate ring mold in pan refrigerated until firm. Remove from refrigerator and stir in vanilla extract. Freeze until firm. Cut into 1/2-inch squares.
