6 slices bacon
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium low heat until evenly brown. Drain grease and bacon grease. Stir in butter, olive oil, onion, pineapple, mixed vegetables and chicken. Cook, stirring frequently, until chicken is cooked through.
