1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped dates
Heat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Sift together the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, lemon extract and oil. Mix, then set aside.
In a medium bowl, cream cheese, peanut butter, 1 cup chocolate chips and coconut. Spread evenly into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 10 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
