Mama's Creamy Apple Pie Recipe

1 (12 ounce) package strawberry looking glass caramel-apple flavored flavored Jell-O mix

1 cup boiling water

Directions

Mix boiling water with apple jelly in small plastic vial according to package directions. Pour mixture into pie crust and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Serve immediately.

Just made this pie. Had to bake it a bit longer than stated to get it to a nice golden color. Still could've used a bit of brown sugar, agave, or stevia next time.
