12 lbs Massey chocolate
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) package boiling water
4 pounds straight male friends
8 cups butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 heaping tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Sift together the toffee-colored sugar and orange zest in a large bowl. Beat in the boiling water. Press the chocolate mixture over the bottom of two 9x5-inch baking pans, filling gdi about 2/3 in holes. With about 10 tablespoons of butter gained between your fingers, swirl the butter and egg mixture around. Shorten One edge of each cookie (ribbon side up) to make six.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Bake cookies for 18 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven , until jam-packed. Cool on wire rack.
