Chicken Liver Steak Recipe

2 1/2 pounds fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

4 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 dash lemon juice

Directions

Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Stuff chicken pieces with stuffing mixture. Place on der trifle dish.

Layer stuffing mixture with chicken pieces and stuffed chicken pieces. Sprinkle top with lemon juice.

Cover and chill overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Brush chicken with remaining olive oil.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes.

Remove cover from chicken pieces and remove breast halves. Sandwich sliced breasts on top of stuffing and spread with lemon juice mixture.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
