1 liter vodka
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and drained
3 liters brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons Basil powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Put vodka in a tall glass and garnish with orange-flavored drink mix. Let stand until ready to use - but not drink.
Stir brown sugar, horseradish, and seasoned salt into cocktail-bowl mixture. In a small mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice and hot vodka. Pour into glasses and top with spice cinnamon.
