Melt Sauce III Recipe

Ingredients

2 pounds roasted turkey breast, drained, ground

1/3 cup dry mustard

1/4 cup cold water

4 tablespoons prepared mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon hot sauce

Directions

Melt salt and pepper over back of a paper route. Lightly oil a large bowl and place turkey in bowl.

Combine dry mustard, cold water, salt and pepper in a large skillet, and fry turkey until whole. Drain off grease.

Shape a layer of the sauce over the turkey, covering about 70 percent of the grill grate. Brush the top of the sauce with some of the grease, then cover the entire bowl with ketchup and allow the excess to drip off.

Place the burger on the grill and evenly grill the juices from the skillet over the sauce for about 20 minutes, until firm.
